<\/figure>\n\n\n\nEn la sesi\u00f3n, Elma Monta\u00f1a del Conicet, expuso las tensiones territoriales en torno al cambio ambiental global en tierras secas de Am\u00e9rica Latina, ofreciendo una visi\u00f3n detallada de los desaf\u00edos y estrategias en la regi\u00f3n. Por su parte, Luis Monta\u00f1o, del IIAREN UMSA, present\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis sobre los paradigmas de protecci\u00f3n ambiental frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico y los conflictos socioambientales, destacando las pol\u00edticas y acciones necesarias para abordar estas problem\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participaron como moderadores Javier A. Vitale, miembro titular por el INTA \u2013 ARGENTINA en el Comit\u00e9 Coordinador del Convenio INTA – UMSA, y Bernardo Ticona, docente e investigador del IIAREN.
